• Fees are as stated unless otherwise indicated. 

• Once you've enquired and decided I'm the celebrant for you, I will send you a booking form to complete and return within 10 days of receipt.

• A £75 non-refundable deposit is payable with the booking to hold your date and time.

• 50% of the remaining total will be due 28 days before the event date (not funeral or memorial services). 

• Remaining balance payment will be due 7 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy

​

• All deposits trigger work on your ceremony and are therefore non-refundable. 

• Cancellation within 28 days of a wedding, civil partnership, hand-fasting, naming ceremony or vow renewal forfeits the deposit and the 50% payment of the total fee. 

• In exceptional circumstances causing re-organisation of the event date, all payments will be held and honoured for the new date. 

• Cancellation within seven days of the event incurs full fee payment. 

• In the rare and exceptional event a cancellation comes from the celebrant's side, I will do everything within my power to find an alternative celebrant, should no alternative be found, you will receive a full refund.
